    The vest is One Size please notice that, the coat size is true. I am a Small US ordered S and it's fits great. The quality is very good. As for the shipping, you should better choose express shipping which will only take a week while the free shipping will take about 20 days to get the coat, it's a long time to wait if you desire the coat.
